It's cheap, it works, it does exactly what I need. I can't fault it.
I have had to adjust the belt to stop it rubbing against the side but that's easy to do.
I usually walk about 5-10 miles a day and have been using it for over 6 months - no issues at all!

I bought the 2022 year version of this treadmill in December 2022. It's been 2.5 years since I bought it, and it is still running well. I only experienced a burning smell the first week, which now I believe was due to heated plastic from the first time use. I use this treadmill about 3 times per week, mostly for warming up and walking, but sometimes for running at full speed, which is somewhere around 6.8 or 7 mph. I paid over $300 back then, and seeing the price today for about $227, I would highly recommend it. This was a great investment, and anyone who is on the fence about purchasing should go for it, as it was built with quality in mind.
